How to order and delivery
The shop works on inquiries. You pick the materials, we confirm prices, availability and transport. No account, no online payment.
Four steps from a list to a delivery

Build your list
In the quote calculator or on a product page pick the materials, variant and quantity. For timber enter length and pieces; we work out the volume. The list is saved in your browser, so you can come back to it.

Send the inquiry
Enter your name, e-mail and phone, add notes (deadline, site address, unusual lengths) and send. A copy of the inquiry goes to your e-mail.
- 03
Receive the offer
An advisor checks stock, confirms prices and lead time, and prices the transport to you. We reply on working days, by e-mail or phone.
- 04
Confirm and receive
You accept the offer, we agree payment and date. The material is delivered to your address or prepared for pickup at the yard.
Delivery, pickup, payment
Transport cost and lead time are part of the offer, because they depend on what is going where.

Delivery across Poland
The transport cost depends on quantity, element length and distance, so we quote it in the offer for the specific order. Long elements, e.g. 13 m KVH, need a suitable truck, which we include in the quote.

Pickup
Yard: Góra Motyczna 3A, 39-204 Żyraków, Poland (Subcarpathia), Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00. Arrange the pickup date with an advisor so the material is ready.

Payment and invoice
Payment form and terms are set in the offer. Every order comes with a VAT invoice.

Lead times
Material from stock is prepared once the order is confirmed. Products sourced to order or made to size have the lead time stated in the offer.
Frequently asked questions
Is the calculator price binding?
No. Prices in the shop are indicative and include VAT. The binding one is the offer an advisor sends after checking availability and delivery cost.
I need a different length or section than listed.
Write it in the notes of your inquiry. We will check whether we have such material or can prepare it, and quote it.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no fixed minimum. For small quantities the transport cost can be high compared with the material, in which case we recommend pickup.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Delivery outside Poland, including Slovakia, is arranged individually. Tell us in the inquiry where the material should go.
How long does a reply take?
We reply on working days, during the yard's opening hours. If it is urgent, call an advisor.
Can I order without the website form?
Yes. Call or write to sklep@asasak.pl. A list from the calculator speeds up the quote, though, because it already has sections, lengths and quantities.
